Our inspector was sent out to do our inspection, and we could not have been more pleased! He was on time, very professional, very courteous, and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. This house is 104 years old, 3 stories, and almost 5,000 square feet, and left no stone unturned in his inspection. He took pictures of everything he found and explained every detail of them to us. We were a little apprehensive about having the house inspected due to its age and structure, and after an 8 hour inspection, He left us feeling good about the house and good about our purchase.
