Yesterday, my client scheduled an inspection with East Texas Home Inspection. The inspection was assigned to Evan. I just wanted to take a minute and brag about Evan. He arrived on time. This property was not easy to inspect. The home is not in the best condition & has not had power and water in months. Plus, it had a large shop that needed an inspection. My client had the power cut on and the seller had the water on for us. This property had multiple breaker boxes that had to be inspected.
Evan did an excellent job. He took care of my client and answered his questions and was able to save my client some money. I have used your company several times in the past.
