We used East Texas Home Inspection services twice while searching for a new home in Lufkin, Texas. We were very impressed with the availability of the inspector for discussing questions and concerns prior to the inspection, as well as questions and concerns afterward. Our inspector, Collin Bryant, was thorough and his reports were excellent. Because of the condition of the first home, just the interior took 2 hours. Collin stayed at least double that to complete the exterior as well. His report was 41 pages, and all the information assisted us in determining that this house would be over our heads in regard to repairs and maintenance. Collin is a wealth of information, and he proves that he goes the extra mile to ensure his client’s comfort level with a potential home. Furthermore, I appreciated the simplicity of the agreement and payment methods and the layout of the report documents. Topping it all off was Kimberly’s friendly customer service.
