After receiving several quotes for our home, East Texas Home Inspection Services was the most affordable option for us. Our inspector was very thorough and professional on the phone answering our questions about what to expect. I love that their website also has a mock full inspection report for a potential client to review! This definitely helped us know what to expect during a home inspection as first time homebuyers. We confirmed our date and 30 min before our scheduled appointment, we received a text advising us who our inspector would be and that he’d be on his way shortly! Our inspector was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and incredibly thorough!! Most companies told me I’d have to wait at least 24 hours turnaround for out report, but ETHIS had my full detailed report to me that evening! It also included, free of charge, a wood destroying insect inspection report that put our minds at ease considering our home is 100 years old. I’d not only recommend East Texas Home Inspection to friends and family, but I’d use them again in a heartbeat for any of our inspection needs! Great job!
