My name is Kevin Redus. I am a Commercial Pest Technician certified in pest and termites for East Texas Home Inspection and Pest Control. I have lived in Texas my whole life. I was raised in Avinger and graduated from Avinger High School in 1996. After graduation, I briefly attended NTCC in Mt. Pleasant, majoring in Criminal Justice. I worked in the electrical field from 1998 until 2000. In 2001 I started my career in pest control. I have now been in pest control for 21 years. I started in the pest control industry at Longview Pest Control and have since worked for Terminix, and Orkin. I went on to open my own company Thanatos Pest Control.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to close my pest control company. I moved myself and my three children to Palestine; I have been here ever since. In 2013 I met JD Fuller for lunch in Palestine. After visiting and talking to him for a couple of hours, I decided that the East Texas Home Inspection & Pest Control family was the right fit for me.

In April 2019, I married my beautiful wife, Pamela, who later became part of the East Texas Home Inspection and Pest Control family. We work hard every day to raise our six children. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, playing games with the kids, and building beautiful furniture by hand.
