They are very good at their job. We had not had an exterminator in a year. It was a big job, they even came back a second time at no charge. You typically have the exterminators cell phone number and if they are running late or early or you have a question, it’s easy peasy.

Wanted to share that the inspector didn’t even ask me to post, but he did such a fantastic job, I wanted to give other home buyers a heads up!We had recently hired an inspector through GreenWorks to check out a home before we purchased it. That inspector called out a few things. However, after purchasing the home, we started noticing items the inspector hadn’t called out.We asked for Evan to come by and do an inspection (we had worked with him on another home we were considering buying). The difference in the level of detail in the inspection reports was shocking.Evan will not only call out issues to address, but also things that are functioning well in your home. He called out multiple big issues that the other inspector completely missed, including areas of wood rot and potential issues with our AC system.Would 100% recommend using him to check out any home you buy, because he will be extremely thorough and give you all the details to make an informed buying decision.

Robbie did a great job on our inspection. He was thorough, friendly, and had our report out to us the same day. He is very knowledgeable on current code standards, and what it takes to avoid issues in the future. We live out of state and wanted the inspection to determine if we should pursue the property we were interested in. From the beginning the process was very easy. Our inspection was scheduled for the next day and Robbie spent several hours going through the property. He called us afterwards and went through his findings with us over the phone, taking time to answer all our questions. Unfortunately, the property had more issues than we wanted to take on, but Robbie’s inspection gave us all the information we needed to make that decision. My husband and I feel we were able to pass on the property without feeling like we let a diamond in the rough get away based off the information Robbie gave us. Payment was very easy as well, and the price was reasonable.
