A very thorough inspection by Zachary Kelley. His report was extremely detailed, and the included pictures helped tremendously. We were extremely pleased with the very thorough Inspection & Report provided by Christopher Turnbow and East Texas Home Inspection! Christopher spent a great deal of time going over the report with us and answering all of our questions. His report identified a number of broken items and code violations, as well as other maintenance/repair issues. We were able to share those with the Seller who gave us a large credit towards the purchase price of the home. Without the Inspection Report, we would have been stuck with making all the repairs out of our own pockets. Kudos to Christopher and East Texas Home Inspections for a job well done!
